GENERAL INFORMATION:

Montana CONCRETE Effect Spray is a water-based acrylic spray that replicates the appearance of raw concrete. It is ideal for DIY, hobby, and fine art projects, and is suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces. Available in three concrete-like shades: City Hall (RAL 7004), Pantheon (RAL 7030), and Empire (RAL 7044), it offers a matte finish and medium pressure application. The product comes in a 400ml can.

Note: Always test beforehand if surface/material is compatible! Recommended to do so on an non visible part of the object!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  1. Shake the can thoroughly for at least 3 minutes before use.

  2. Spray at a distance of at least 25 cm from the surface.

  3. Apply in several thin coats for a uniform finish.

  4. Test spray on a non-visible area to check surface compatibility.

  5. For a more realistic concrete effect, use the wet-on-wet technique, blending the different shades while still wet. Varying the thickness of each coat also enhances the effect.

  6. While the paint is still fresh, you can use a piece of cardboard or foil to create texture variations and irregularities. After full drying, the surface can be sanded with coarse sandpaper for added texture.

  7. Avoid working in humid environments to prevent moisture inclusions.

  8. Suitable for use on materials such as polystyrene, metal, wood, glass, ceramics, concrete, stone, paper, cardboard, and other paintable surfaces.

  9. Do not use on flexible substrates as this may cause cracks and fractures in the paint.

  10. Avoid applying over resin-coated surfaces.

  11. For smooth surfaces, lightly sand before spraying to ensure optimal adhesion.
